In an effort to help avoid exchanges please use the measurements provided under each item.
If you are not satisfied (on regular priced items) we are happy to offer store credit. To make a return, Jolie’s Boutique must be notified email@example.com. If we are not notified the refund will not be accepted.
• Orders can not be cancelled after they have been placed.

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Fashion Havana reserves the right to determine whether items returned are in acceptable, new condition. If the item is determined unacceptable, in a used state, deodorant stained, or smelling of perfume or any other smells (including but not limited to any or all of these ) the buyer must pay for the items to be returned or it/they will be donated to a local charity.
Our shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact and unaltered, the shoebox cannot be used as the package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued. Any shoes with signs of wear will be refused and no refund will be issued.
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your store credit after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will give you a unique Coupon Code for the total amount of your store credit to be used in our website.
Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Suimsuit,lingerie,bodysuits,swimwear,jewerly,and accessories.
